I compose bold, beautiful music for your project.

Music composer, orchestral arranger, session musician, and consultant for recording artists, producers, concert ensembles in multiple branches of the music industry.

Be it elevating drama with unforgettable themes in service to the story, or collaborating with recording artists or producers to bring bold, beautiful new sounds in partnership with classical ensembles, composer, orchestral arranger, and session musician Emanuel gets results. He has worked with recording artists, producers, and concert ensembles, including pop band MIR, DJ Jorun Bombay, award-winning traditional band Beolach and the late, celebrated Celtic music star John Allan Cameron. Music critics acknowledge his good dramatic instincts, breadth of musical influences, and refreshing orchestral arrangements for fusion concerts.

Emanuel has seven film credits, including improvising the vocal theme music for Sandy Moore's IMX feature film score The Wild Dogs (2003 Juno nomination, best score). He has been providing concert and recording artists with orchestral arrangements as early as 1998 for the late John Allan Cameron’s 20th anniversary concert with the Edmonton Symphony at the Winspear Centre. More recently, he provided orchestral arrangements for traditional instrumental band Beolach’s 2019 International Celtic Colours Festival artist residency, as well as for their 2020 album All Hands (Juno nominated best traditional roots album of the year) which won the 2020 Canadian Folk Music Award for traditional album of the year.
